Regardless of which half you dive into first, the cover subjects are leading us forward into a richer, more honest and imaginative future. This two story shop features Kith’s in house and multi-brand ready to wear accessories and footwear for men, women and children. Having enjoyed Tacombi in Miami Beach, it was good news to see a branch here in the Design District.

Design District’s go-to for upscale yet approachable dining is a great spot to stop for happy hour or book a reservation for brunch. Expect an ever-changing menu of seasonal classics, fresh-shucked oysters and some of the best people-watching around. Two years ago, the partnership bought a portfolio of 15 retail buildings along Northeast 39th Street for $165 million and has since tapped David Chipperfield, who won the Pritzker Architecture Prize in 2023, to redesign the assemblage. Their Design District shop serves good ice cream with cereal mixed into each bite. Our culinary vision is to create vibrant food that is original and thoughtful, yet humble in its roots.

You will probably end up ordering multiple rounds of the phenomenal cocktails. The restaurant has a sleek design that makes you feel like you’re eating 1,000 years in the future. And when added all together, these things make Cote one of the most exciting restaurants in the city. If it’s your first time here, definitely start with the Butcher’s Feast, a $68 per person tasting menu that ends with a little cup of soy sauce caramel soft serve.

When I interviewed the Director of this prestigious Milan headquartered fashion school, he told me about a combination fashion book and magazine store and cafe with outdoor terrace on the horizon.
